On June 29, 2018, Toys "R" Us shut down all of its remaining US locations, but they still have stores in other countries. Toys "R" Us wanted to go back to the US market, so the company changed its name to RESPAWN. The store upgraded to an experiential space and have toys that are trending worldwide.
